چکیده
Abstract Background and Aims Kidney transplantation is the only curative treatment for chronic kidney failure that allows to restaure a normal quality of life patients. In case abnormalities lower urinary tract, there risk recurrence renal due urodynamic disturbances. The objective our study analyze profile transplanted patients with their impact on graft. Method Our was conducted within Nephrology Department, including transplant during period from 2007 2020 who underwent pre-transplant evaluation. Patients vesical or sphincteral were selected, demographic characteristics, graft survival infectious complications compared without vesico-sphincteral studied. Results Of 209 2007-2020, 54 had undergone assay, which resulted in 32 having an abnormality: 12 cases hypertonia hypotonia, 9 dyssynergy. this group abnormalities, average age 24 years, extremes 7 49 19 male versus 13 females. Initial nephropathy tubulointerstitial 75% reflux 17 Comparing (G1) no (G2), more 34.4% G1 18.2% G2 (p= 0.16), urological (p=0.2), tract infections, 0.55 episodes per patient year 0.98 (p=0.21). For function, statistically significant difference between 5-year creatinine post-transplant averages. Conclusion Vesico-sphincteral are frequently found young NIC, they not responsible

Prevalence of Bacterial Urinary Tract Infections in Patients before and after of Kidney Transplantation
Abstract Background and Objective: Urinary tract infections and bacteremia are the major problems in renal transplant patients, which are mostly due to immunesuppressive regimens, surgery, and exposure to the germs in hospital. The aim of this study was to determine the prevalence of bacterial agents in the blood and urine samples of kidney transplant candidates. Material and Methods: In t...
متن کاملRenal transplantation in patients with lower urinary tract dysfunction.
Between June 1980 and December 2001, 1076 kidney transplantations were performed in our department, including 29 transplantations on 27 patients with lower urinary tract pathology (Table 1). The average age of the recipients was 29 years (range 13 to 51) and the male:female patient ratio was 23:4. The etiology of the abnormal lower urinary tract was neurogenic bladder in 10 patients (meningomye...

Background: Low vitamin D has been linked to enhance inflammatory markers in various pathological conditions. We aimed to evaluate the urinary tract infection (UTI)-associated hematological and inflammatory markers mediated by low serum levels of 25-hydroxyvitamin D [25(OH)D]. Methods: Vitamin D level, hematological indices (Neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio [NLR], Monocyte-to-lymphocyte ratio [M...

Background: Urinary Tract Infections (UTI) may be a variety of presentation of underlying urinary tract abnormalities including vesicoureteral reflex (VUR), obstructive uropathy, urolithiasis, and ureteral duplication. The long-term complications of UTI with these conditions are renal scarring, hypertension, and chronic renal failure. Objective: The aim of this study was to determine the incide...
متن کاملGenitourinary Abnormalities in Children with Urinary Tract Infections
59 Abstract: Urinary–tract infections (UTI) are common infectious diseases in childhood. The presence of UTI may be an indicator of a serious genitourinary (GU) abnormality that requires medical intervention. We retrospectively reviewed the charts of children discharged with a diagnosis of UTI from the Texas Children’s Hospital, Houston, Texas, between July 1, 1991 and June 30, 1994. The purpos...
